Glad you got a kick out of my spin top guitarists' list. I liked it because it mentioned some deserved folks that get overlooked (greg ginn for ex.) while putting some names on my radar that I don't know a thing about.

yes, thank you, that list was great, for the reasons you mentioned; glad to see some ladies who deserved mention: K. Hersh, PJ Harvey, C. Brownstein

also, and i know you agree with me ... sir Tom Verlaine, one of the very very few (yes, 'very very few') guitarists who have a unique sound, i can pick him out of a crowd of a hundred, quite easily...
